Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within [1-3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within [5-7] business days.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within [1-2] business days.

Note: These estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Fantasy Roll is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

If you haven’t received your order within [10] days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at fantasyrolld22@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We ship to P.O. Boxes using Evri.

6. Damages, Lost Items, and Incorrect Orders

As noted in our Return Policy, please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at fantasyrolld22@gmail.com.

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please notify us within [3] business days so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

7. Returns and Shipping Costs

As per our 30-day return policy, if your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions. Please note:

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via fantasyrolld22@gmail.com will not be accepted.

  • For items being returned under the European Union 14-day cooling-off period, the same condition requirements (unworn, with tags, original packaging) apply.
